Comments: Back in 1998 Gail sold a half duplex on 9th Street for me while I lived in another state and it was a flawless transaction. The entire settlement was conducted on the phone and thru the mail. I even held the note and the paper work was simple. I highly reccommend anyone holding their own financing if possible.
